We are excited to announce a couple of new features and changes introduced this week:
1. Transparency (opacity) settings.
Many of you have asked about it, and it is finally here! Now you can set the transparency (opacity) on most elements on a mobile page (links, headers and content sections):
When you edit your page template or individual elements, next to the color and gradient selector you would also see a transparency slider. Simply drag the slider up or down to reach the desired transparency (opacity) level.
2. Changes to the page background images.
(And this works well in conjunction with the added transparency feature). We've modified how the page background image functions on a mobile page. If you would like the background image to fit under the page content, simply upload a background image that is 600px wide (and at least as long or longer). The image will automatically position itself to fit under the content of your mobile page, and on the larger screens (iPads and desktops) it will center together with your page content:
You can manipulate the transparency of your page elements to reach the desired visual effect.
3. We've upgraded the look of the app download popup (the little overlay that pops up on your phone prompting you to save or bookmark this mobile page to your phone's home screen). And here is what the new popup looks like:
The app download popup also includes the "home screen icon", so don't forget to upload your app icon, or at least pick one from our library.
